Offroading
Unleash the beast on Colorado's most rugged terrain. Premium Can-Am Maverick UTV rentals — self-guided, no experience required. Your adventure, your rules.
Off The Grid Offroading was built by riders, for riders. Based in Silverthorne, Colorado, we're your gateway to the most breathtaking and adrenaline-pumping terrain Summit County has to offer. We're not a tourist trap — we're the real deal.
We hand-picked the most powerful machines on the market — the Can-Am Maverick lineup — because when you're hitting high-altitude trails above 9,000 feet, mediocre just won't cut it. Whether you're a first-timer looking for the adventure of a lifetime or a seasoned off-road enthusiast, we've got the machine and the trails to match your appetite.
We keep it simple: you rent the machine, we give you the keys, and the mountains are yours. No guides, no hand-holding — just raw Colorado wilderness and the most capable UTVs money can buy.
Every machine in our fleet is a current-generation Can-Am Maverick — the most capable and technologically advanced UTVs available. Pick your beast.
24-hour rentals available — contact us directly to arrange. ATVs & Snowmobiles coming soon!

Book Your Rental TodayWe keep things transparent. Read these before you book — they protect you, us, and the machines.
No prior off-road experience is required! Our Can-Am Mavericks are designed with intuitive controls and we'll walk you through everything you need to know at pickup. If you can drive a car, you can handle one of our machines. That said, always respect the terrain and ride within your comfort level.
Your rental includes the machine, a truck and trailer for transport, a pre-ride walkthrough, and trail recommendations for Summit County. You are responsible for fuel used during your rental. We recommend bringing snacks, water, sunscreen, and layers — Colorado weather can surprise you at altitude.
Summit County has hundreds of miles of OHV trails accessible from Silverthorne, Frisco, Breckenridge, and surrounding areas. Popular riding areas include the Swan River, Georgia Pass, and Buffalo Mountain trails. We'll give you current trail conditions and recommendations at pickup so you can plan the perfect route.
24-hour rentals are a great option if you want a full sunset-to-sunrise adventure or need flexibility for a multi-trail day. You pick up the machine and keep it for a full 24 hours. Contact us directly to arrange 24-hour bookings as availability is limited and scheduling is done on a case-by-case basis.
Call us immediately. Our machines are well-maintained and mechanically sound, but off-roading always carries inherent risk. If the machine experiences a mechanical failure not caused by driver error or misuse, we'll work with you on a resolution. Damage caused by off-trail riding, rollovers, or negligence falls under the security deposit policy.
Absolutely! We can accommodate groups looking to rent multiple machines at the same time. Contact us directly for group bookings to ensure we can coordinate availability and provide the best experience for your crew. Group rentals are available subject to machine availability — book early, especially for weekends and holidays.
ATVs and snowmobiles are coming soon! We're actively expanding our fleet to offer year-round adventures — whether that's ripping single-track on an ATV in the summer or blazing through powder on a snowmobile in winter. Follow us on TikTok for announcements and updates, or drop us a message to get notified when they're available.
Have questions about booking, trail conditions, or our fleet? We're here to help. Reach out and we'll get back to you fast — because every minute you spend waiting is a minute you could be riding.
